At the time of inspection, the team discovered that the clinic provided medical examination and treatment services beyond its scope of expertise (abortion at 7 weeks and 5 days) and advertised in violation of regulations. According to the report of Dr. NTN - the person who performed the abortion by vacuum aspiration, he used the drug Seduxen as a pre-anesthetic for the patient, but the medical record did not show it, the prescription in the medical record was not consistent with the drug that the patient provided information to the Inspection - Legal Department.

The Inspection and Legal Department continues to invite the company, NTN doctors and related individuals to work, clarify related contents, synthesize documents, strictly handle administrative violations against organizations and individuals in accordance with legal regulations, the handling results are made public on the Department of Health's electronic information portal.

The Department of Health recommends that the Ministry of Health soon deploy the application for managing practicing personnel nationwide, so that the Departments of Health can update practice licenses and operating licenses on the general management software of the health system, helping to look up online, serving the management and inspection work as well as helping people and medical facilities easily verify practice information, avoiding the situation where practitioners are granted multiple practice certificates and register to practice in many provinces/cities at the same time.
