Urgently deploying the work of preventing and combating storm No. 3, on the night of July 21 to the morning of July 22, the leaders of Phuc Loc commune inspected some locations on the Sen Chieu and Cam Dinh dykes - places that are easily affected during the rainy and stormy season; at the same time, grasped the situation of response preparations in residential villages with high risk of flooding.

During the inspection, the leaders of Phuc Loc commune directed the shock force to cut and remove fallen trees to ensure traffic safety; requested the commune's specialized agencies to strengthen inspection, review, direction, traffic guidance, and put up warning signs in areas with deep flooding and fast-flowing water; arranged forces, materials, and means to overcome incidents, ensuring smooth traffic on main traffic routes when heavy rain occurs...

In addition, the leaders of Phuc Loc commune also inspected the storm duty at the shock troops, units: Police, military , Vietnam Fatherland Front and mass organizations, Center for Culture - Information and Sports... The leaders of Phuc Loc commune requested the units not to be subjective or negligent; need to regularly update information, ensure 24/7 smooth operation to be ready to respond to any unexpected situations; strengthen propaganda to raise people's vigilance; assign forces to be on duty 24/7; closely coordinate with the police and military forces to promptly respond when heavy rain occurs; arrange forces to guard key dykes, proactively and ready to respond to any situation, ensuring safety for the people.

In particular, based on the inspection of the incident situation on the Hong Ly right dike from Km 33+ 200 to Km 33+ 000, cracks appeared along the dike. To ensure the safety of the people, the People's Committee of Phuc Loc commune has barricaded and prohibited vehicles from moving through the dike (the area near Thuy Binh inland waterway port going to Sen Chieu dike slope) in Phuc Loc commune. The ban will be from 0:00 on July 22 until further notice.
