At the Ceremony, the delegates reviewed the 80-year journey of building, fighting and growing of the Vietnam People's Public Security Force. Under the absolute and comprehensive leadership of the Party and the companionship and trust of the People, the Vietnam People's Public Security Force in general and the Phu Dong Commune Police in particular have always been worthy of being the "steel shield" protecting the Party, the State and the peace of the People. With an area of 41.62km2 , 15 population groups, 41 villages, Phu Dong currently has 113,362 people living. The area concentrates many key traffic routes, religious establishments; the urbanization process is taking place rapidly. Along with the advantages, the work of ensuring security and order also faces many difficulties. Also from July 1, the Phu Dong Commune Police (new) was established with 135 officers and soldiers. With a positive and proactive spirit, the unit promptly assigned clear tasks to officers and soldiers, avoiding passivity, interruption, and discontinuity in work.
Under the close professional guidance of the City Police; the leadership, direction and attention of the Party Committee and local authorities, Phu Dong Commune Police quickly stabilized the organization. On July 23, 2025, the first Congress of Phu Dong Commune Police Party Committee was successfully held.
After more than 1 month of operation, the Commune Police have achieved initial results recognized by the local government and people. Plans and strategies to ensure security and order have been effectively implemented. Notably, the launching ceremony to implement the Peak of ensuring traffic safety and order, urban order, public order associated with preventing and fighting against drugs and law violations in the area.
National security protection work is deployed comprehensively; no complicated incidents occur, no hot spots are formed in all fields.

Looking forward to the country's major holidays, with the determination not to be left behind by criminals, the unit has proactively implemented a peak period of attacking and suppressing crimes to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
