Vinfast officially opens sales of VF 5 electric car in Indonesia

VinFast Auto has officially launched the right-hand drive version of the VF 5 electric SUV in the A segment in the Indonesian market. After the VF e34, this is the second electric car model the company has brought to the archipelago nation.

Specifically, VinFast officially opened for sale VF 5 from July 1, 2024 in Indonesia with a listed price of IDR 310,000,000.

In addition, VinFast also offers a battery rental policy with attractive costs, optimized according to the diverse travel needs of each customer.

With the battery rental policy, VF 5 has a listed price of IDR 242,000,000 and the battery rental cost is IDR 990,000/month for a maximum travel distance of 1,500 km, IDR 1,415,000/month for a maximum travel distance of 3,000 km and IDR 2,360,000/month for a travel distance of over 3,000 km.

In Indonesia, VF 5 is covered by the best genuine warranty policy on the market, with a term of up to 7 years or 160,000 km (whichever comes first) for the vehicle, and 8 years with unlimited km for the battery.

VF 5 has a maximum engine capacity of 70 kW, equivalent to 94 Hp, maximum torque of 135 Nm. VF 5 is equipped with a Lithium battery with a capacity of 29.6 kWh and can be quickly charged within 34 minutes, bringing the battery capacity from 10% to 70%.

The VF 5 electric SUV has outstanding safety parameters, fully equipped with segment-leading safety features such as ABS anti-lock braking system, EBD electronic brake force distribution function, BA emergency brake assist, ESC electronic balance system...

VF 5 has a compact size that makes it easy to move in the inner city.
