On August 30, TPBank announced that it is implementing a program to give an additional VND100,000 to customers when linking their TPBank account with their social security account on the VNeID application. Thus, customers of this bank will receive a total of VND200,000, including VND100,000 given by the state to all people to celebrate Independence Day and additional money from the bank.

Meanwhile, MSB also has a similar policy by giving an additional 80,000 VND when customers open a new payment account and link it to a social security account on VNeID.

VietinBank informs customers who do not have an account at this bank, just download the VietinBank iPay Mobile application to open an online payment account right at home via eKYC and immediately receive a gift combo worth 250,000 VND.

ACB is launching a special promotion program on the occasion of National Day. Customers who open a new account and link it with the VNeID electronic identification and experience the ACB ONE digital ecosystem will receive a gift combo of 100,000 VND from the Government and up to 350,000 VND from the bank.

Accordingly, Zalopay users only need to log in to the application, activate the profitable balance according to the instructions; check the profitable balance and receive 100,000 VND into the account.

SSI Securities Company also launched a program to give away 100,000 VND to investors on this occasion. Specifically, the program applies to customers who open an account at SSI and activate a first transaction of at least 100,000 VND. The gift will be a fund certificate worth 100,000 VND in the account with a profit potential of up to 30%/year.

Previously, a series of banks such as HDBank and BIDV announced the implementation of a program to give extra money to customers on the occasion of September 2.

According to the reporter's records, by the morning of August 30, many people said they had successfully linked their bank accounts with their Social Security accounts on the VNeID application to wait to receive a gift of 100,000 VND for Independence Day.

To receive 100,000 VND via VNeID, people need to have a level 2 electronic identification account, a bank account and integrate it into their Social Security account on VNeID.

In case the elderly, children, and people have not upgraded their VNeID account to level 2, if it is not convenient to receive gifts on National Day via the VNeID application, they will receive them directly (VND 100,000/person). The gift transfer is required to be completed before September 2.

Steps to receive a gift of 100,000 VND for the whole population on the occasion of September 2nd on the VNeID application:

- Step 1: Access the VNeID application and log in

- Step 2: Select "Social Security" → "Social Security Account"

- Step 3: Select bank/e-wallet → enter information → click "Send information" → wait for results
