Nearly 100 preschool teachers of the Tue Duc Pathway School System were granted certificates of completion of music appreciation training by the Yoshine Melody Institute of Educational Sciences.
To be certified, teachers must undergo intensive training with a wealth of knowledge and skills. The training program, with a team of leading music experts at home and abroad, focuses on helping teachers understand and apply music appreciation methods to teaching preschool children.
In addition to mastering basic music theory, the training program helps teachers with methods to guide children in cultivating emotions, developing their listening, moving, singing and musical creativity. Thanks to that, music in the classroom is not only a subject but also contributes to shaping personality, developing emotional intelligence (EQ) and nurturing children's souls.
To obtain a certificate in teaching music appreciation, preschool teachers at the Tue Duc Pathway School System have undergone a 10-month intensive training process.
In particular, with the music appreciation program that has just been enhanced by a team of well-trained teachers, children are nurtured spiritually, develop creativity and learn to express emotions naturally.
Mr. Trinh Thanh Thinh, General Director of the Tue Duc Pathway School System, said that the period before the age of 6 is the "golden window" for children to fully develop their senses. Many parents think that preschool is just a place for children to eat, sleep and be cared for. But in fact, this is the stage when children learn most strongly, especially through observation and perception. "That is the reason why we organize for teachers to attend a training course to obtain a certificate of music appreciation," said Mr. Thinh.
Vietnam Record Organization (VietKings) has officially awarded the Vietnam Record certificate to record holder Trinh Thanh Thinh.
According to Mr. Thinh, music, especially music appreciation, is not simply listening or singing. It helps children develop balance from within, train their sense of sound, and their ability to perceive rhythm and melody.
"Equipping all preschool teachers with professional music knowledge and skills in a systematic way helps schools improve the quality of their teaching programs, providing preschool students with a rich, creative and inspiring learning environment, nurturing their souls and developing their creativity," Mr. Thinh shared.
Also on this occasion, the Vietnam Record Organization (VietKings) officially awarded the Vietnam Record certificate to Record holder Trinh Thanh Thinh with the title: "Researcher, builder of the online active learning platform LMS CEG to train team leadership and business management skills through real-life situations (Case Study) with the most topics, integrating an assessment system according to the 5-level competency framework".
