This is a meaningful activity, combining the tradition of historical gratitude with social and humane responsibility, aiming to spread the spirit of "remembering the source of water when drinking", contributing to taking care of policy families and people in difficult circumstances in the area.
Attending the program were Deputy Minister of Justice Nguyen Thanh Ngoc; Director of the Department of Legal Dissemination, Education and Legal Aid Le Ve Quoc and representatives of the Department of Justice of Tuyen Quang province, representatives of the leaders of Minh Thanh commune, Tuyen Quang province and sponsoring units.
At the beginning of the program, the Working Group respectfully offered incense at the historical site of the Ministry of Justice in Minh Thanh commune, Tuyen Quang province, where the first headquarters of the Ministry of Justice was located when it moved from Hanoi to the Viet Bac resistance base in the period of 1949-1951. Here, the delegation expressed their deep gratitude and appreciation for the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh, revolutionary predecessors and the first generations of Justice officers who did not hesitate to endure hardships and sacrifices for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland and the growth of the Justice sector.

Although the time the Ministry of Justice was headquartered in Tuyen Quang was not long, it was closely associated with many important political and legal events of the country and the Industry. This is the place where the spiritual energy of the mountainous region with a rich revolutionary tradition converges, where the footsteps of the first generation of Justice officers were marked, and also the spiritual support for the generations of Justice officers today and tomorrow to look towards.
During the resistance years, under the leadership of the Party Central Committee and the Government, the attention and direct guidance of President Ho Chi Minh and the protection and care of the people of all ethnic groups in Tuyen Quang province, the Ministry of Justice proposed and submitted to President Ho Chi Minh for signing many important Decrees on reforming the judicial and legal apparatus, bringing the Judiciary truly close to the people and helping the people.

Immediately after the incense offering ceremony, the delegation visited and directly presented 03 gratitude houses to 03 policy families, especially those in difficult circumstances in Minh Thanh commune, Tuyen Quang province. Director of the Department of Dissemination, Legal Education and Legal Aid Le Ve Quoc emphasized the significance of the activity of returning to the source and presenting gratitude houses, considering this an opportunity for cadres, civil servants and public employees of the Justice sector to express their concern, sharing and gratitude for the revolutionary homeland; at the same time, providing practical support and assistance to disadvantaged households in the area. This activity contributes to spreading the spirit of solidarity, humanity and social responsibility of the Justice sector to the community.
The program was successfully organized with significant contributions from sponsors such as Petrolimex Insurance Corporation (PJICO) and Tam Sen Group Trading and Investment Company Limited - a unit that regularly accompanies the Department of Dissemination, Legal Education and Legal Aid in social security programs, supporting disadvantaged people, poor but studious students, as well as many other charitable activities in the locality.

The program of returning to the source and giving away gratitude houses in Minh Thanh commune, Tuyen Quang province was a great success, a practical and meaningful activity towards the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnamese Judicial Sector.
The event not only expressed gratitude to the revolutionary homeland and supported families in difficult circumstances, but also affirmed the determination of generations of cadres, civil servants and public employees of the Justice sector in continuing and promoting the glorious tradition of 80 years of construction and growth, actively contributing to the cause of national construction and development.
