World gold price increases but SJC price does not fluctuate

The price of SJC gold bars remained unchanged this morning, trading at 120.6 million VND/tael, while the international gold price increased, the central exchange rate increased slightly.

The price of SJC gold bars did not fluctuate in the opening session this morning (July 18) while the central exchange rate increased by 11 VND.

At 9:00 a.m., Saigon Jewelry Company and Doji Company both listed the price of SJC gold at 118.6-120.6 million VND/tael. At Phu Quy Company, the price of SJC gold was announced at 117.9-120.6 million VND/tael.

Thus, the price of SJC gold at businesses early this morning did not fluctuate.

Meanwhile, the price of gold rings at Phu Quy Company early this morning was listed at 114.6-117.6 million VND/tael (buy/sell), an increase of 100,000 VND/tael, while at Bao Tin Minh Chau Company, the company announced the price of gold rings at 116-119 million VND/tael, also an increase of 400,000 VND/tael compared to the previous closing price.

In the world, the precious metal fluctuated around 3,341 USD/ounce, up about 9 USD compared to the same time last session. This price is equivalent to 106.1 million VND/tael when converted according to the USD exchange rate at Vietcombank .

This morning, the State Bank listed the central exchange rate at 25,185 VND/USD, up 11 VND compared to the previous session. With a margin of +/-5%, BIDV Bank listed from 25,980-26,340 VND/USD (buy/sell), up 10 VND; VietinBank announced the USD exchange rate from 25,966-26,326 VND/USD, down 4 VND.

Meanwhile, Vietcombank traded from 25,940-26,230 VND/USD, Eximbank traded from 25,950-26,330 VND/USD (buy/sell), no fluctuations./.
