Can Tho Culture and Arts has also made breakthroughs in recent times through various activities that have attracted the public. Promoting international exchanges and cooperation in culture and arts has also been effectively implemented. Can Tho City has organized and coordinated many cultural and arts activities and Cultural Weeks in Can Tho City on the occasion of holidays and anniversaries of Vietnam establishing diplomatic relations with other countries, thereby contributing to promoting the image of Vietnam in general and the land and people of Can Tho in particular. In particular, many programs and events promoting cultural exchanges with countries such as Japan, Cambodia, Laos, Australia, France, India, the Philippines, Hungary, the UK, etc. have created good effects.
For Can Tho Culture and Arts to integrate
At the workshop, many delegates emphasized the importance of preserving traditional arts and culture, developing contemporary arts and culture in the context of integration. In particular, the preservation, conservation and promotion of traditional art forms, tangible and intangible cultural heritages need to be given more attention. Can Tho needs to restore and maintain traditional competitions and performances such as Radio and Television Singing, Moc Quan - Nguyen Trong Quyen Awards... In particular, the solution of enhancing the transformation of arts and culture activities on the basis of applying information and communication technology, focusing on developing electronic libraries... is affirmed as an inevitable trend.
Dr. Tang Tan Loc, Vice President of the Can Tho Folk Arts Association, suggested some orientations for the development of Can Tho folk arts in the context of digital transformation, emphasizing the digitization of folk arts documents such as building digital databases, electronic libraries or digital cultural maps of typical folk forms. At the same time, restoring and preserving folk art performance spaces in traditional craft villages, floating markets, communal houses, relic sites, etc. It is necessary to encourage new creations based on traditional materials, so that folk arts can adapt to contemporary artistic language, and promote the introduction of folk arts into schools and tourism. Dr. Tang Tan Loc proposed some models such as applying folk storytelling, singing folk songs, exploring traditional festivals using virtual reality technology, building a network of "folk storytellers", "craft transmitters" online, etc.
Poet Nguyen Trung Nguyen, Chairman of the Writers Association of Can Tho City, expressed his opinion: If Can Tho literature wants to spread, it must aim at the common interests, which is the aspiration of the delta today. If Can Tho literature wants to spread, the writers must spread first. The works of Can Tho writers should not only reflect the people and land of Can Tho, but also aim at a broader and further life, at least of the entire Mekong Delta.

With a launching pad from a long tradition, Can Tho Culture and Arts will firmly integrate, develop, create good results, contributing with the city and the country to enter a new era - the era of national growth.
