Recently, the Academy of Finance held a Closing Ceremony and awarded diplomas to nearly 1,200 students of the 59th High-Quality Training Program. The ceremony took place in a solemn and emotional atmosphere, marking an important step of maturity for the new graduates after 4 years of training.

Speaking at the ceremony, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Dao Tung, Director of the Academy of Finance, emphasized that the new graduates had overcome a challenging but also glorious journey - a journey of youth, dreams and perseverance.

"Over the past 4 years, students have not only acquired knowledge but also been trained to become elite 'financial warriors' in a serious and modern academic environment," emphasized the Director of the Academy of Finance.

According to Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Dao Tung, the high-quality program is the pride of the Academy, which trains global citizens with in-depth knowledge, solid skills and high professional ethics. Excellent academic achievements, scientific research results and active participation in community activities are proof of the efforts and pioneering spirit of the 59th batch of students.

He stated that the current time is a historical turning point, when the country is being rearranged scientifically and effectively, when national and international financial centers are being established to put Vietnam on the world financial map. This is the golden opportunity that new students need to grasp.

According to him, the modern financial centers that are being formed are not only infrastructure, but also symbols of the nation's aspirations to rise. New graduates trained with international standards are the "soul" of those centers. This generation will be the ones to shape Vietnam's financial future, a solid bridge connecting the domestic market with the region and the world.

“I see the fire of desire in your eyes, I feel the confidence and determination. You are not just ordinary economics graduates, but elite ‘financial warriors’, ready to conquer all challenges to make Vietnam stronger and more prosperous”, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Dao Tung shared.

At the ceremony, Dr. Luu Huu Duc, Head of the Academy's Training Management Board, said that the 59th regular university course of the Academy had 4,331 students enrolled, divided into 128 classes, including 44 high-quality program classes with 1,199 students. After 4 years of study, 3,742 students of the entire course were eligible to graduate, of which 959 students achieved excellent grades (25.63%), 1,762 students were excellent (47.09%), 1,015 students were fair (27.12%) and 6 students were average (0.16%).

At the ceremony, the Academy also awarded students with excellent achievements throughout the course, outstanding contributions in scientific research and Union - Association activities.

This is a recognition of the continuous efforts of the new graduates, who are expected to become pioneers in the finance and banking industry, contributing to making Vietnam a reliable destination for international investors.
