(NLDO) - Saigon Marina IFC Tower is the first project to start the journey of building an international financial center in Ho Chi Minh City.

On August 19, the 55-storey Saigon Marina International Financial Centre (Saigon Marina IFC), the third tallest building in Vietnam, was officially inaugurated. This is one of 80 key projects to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day, and also marks the beginning of the process of building an international financial centre in Ho Chi Minh City.

Saigon Marina IFC Tower consists of 55 floors and 5 basements, with a total floor area of over 106,000 m², of which approximately 87,000 m² is for Class A offices; the remaining area is arranged for a commercial center, restaurants, meeting rooms and high-end amenities. This is one of the three tallest towers in Vietnam, built and developed by HDBank and its partners.

Saigon Marina IFC Tower is located on Ba Son land at 2A Ton Duc Thang, Ho Chi Minh City, which was once associated with the history of the shipbuilding industry and the old Saigon commercial port. The project marks an important step in the journey to build Ho Chi Minh City into an international financial center, a key driving force of the Vietnamese economy in the new development stage.

The architectural highlight of the tower is the full-facade LED system capable of displaying vivid artistic lighting, combined with a modern water music square, helping Saigon Marina IFC become a "lighthouse" of the modern urban economy.

Saigon Marina IFC is the first project to be inaugurated in the international financial center of Ho Chi Minh City, starting the realization of Resolution 222/2025 of the National Assembly on building an international financial center in Vietnam. This project will be an important highlight to attract global capital, talent and technology...

This will be a meeting place for banks, financial institutions, technology and logistics corporations with more than 10,000 experts working daily. The private economic sector, in the spirit of Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW, is affirming its pioneering role.
