In the final match of Group A, U19 Vietnam showed their superior strength when they defeated U19 Laos 8-0, while U19 Myanmar defeated Timor Leste 7-0. With 3 wins, an impressive goal difference of 16 goals and no goals conceded, host Vietnam excellently topped Group A. U19 Myanmar ranked second with 6 points, winning the remaining ticket to the semi-finals.

The semi-finals determine the 4 participating teams and the matches are U19 Vietnam vs. U19 Indonesia, U19 Thailand vs. U19 Myanmar.
The semi-finals will take place at Thong Nhat Stadium on June 16, with the home match kicking off at 6:30 p.m.
In this tournament, U19 Thailand is the defending champion. U19 Vietnam has finished second for 3 consecutive times against opponents such as U19 Thailand and U19 Australia.
