The competition is implemented through 3 tables, including: Creating healthy products, meeting the nutritional needs of the new generation; solving problems of food security, protecting resources, reducing food loss; finding practical solutions to existing challenges in the industry.

According to the plan, after the program announcement, the teams will search for and complete product/technology solution ideas to participate in the first round - creative ideas.

The 25 best teams in each group will continue to develop and perfect their products with the advice and support of mentors who are experts from businesses and specialized universities and will compete in the second round - product development. The 10 teams with the best products/solutions in this round will be selected by the jury to compete and shine in the final round taking place live on December 13.

The top 6 best teams throughout the competition also have the opportunity to participate in the "Shining Future Entrepreneurs" round to find the special "Future Entrepreneurs" award.

At the competition's launch ceremony, Associate Professor, Dr. Le Thi Hong Anh, Vice Principal of Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade, said that through the competition, teams will have the opportunity to work and receive direct advice from leading experts, including lecturers, experts, senior representatives of domestic and international businesses and organizations. Thereby, students will not only improve their professional knowledge but also develop and perfect the skills of a future "startup". Outstanding products have the opportunity to be commercialized by accompanying businesses and investors for independent startups.

Teams that make it to the next round and have breakthrough solution/product ideas will be supported by the organizing committee to register intellectual property rights for that solution/product.

The competition is not only a place to inspire students' creative and innovative thinking, but also aims to connect the startup ecosystem in the field of food technology agriculture with investment resources, consulting, incubation and commercialization of ideas.

According to the organizers, the 2025 competition is an important milestone, marking close cooperation between universities, businesses and organizations at home and abroad.
