World Week of Italian Language in Hanoi

From October 14-20, the World Italian Language Week will take place in Hanoi with this year's theme being "Italian and Sustainability".

The week is under the supreme patronage of the President of Italy with a program of many events and activities to promote the Italian language in Vietnam, jointly organized by the Faculty of Italian, Hanoi University and Uni-Italia Vietnam.

In particular, on October 14, at Casa Italia, an introduction session on Italianeducation “Study in Italy” took place, for Vietnamese students interested in studying in Italy and their parents to get useful information directly from representatives of 11 Italian universities.

On October 16, the official opening ceremony of the 23rd World Italian Language Week will take place at the Faculty of Italian, Hanoi University.

At the ceremony, Italian Ambassador to Vietnam Marco della Seta, President of Hanoi University Nguyen Van Trao and Head of the Italian Faculty Pham Bich Ngoc will give opening speeches.

Within the framework of the event, a series of rich activities were organized such as the Final of the Cicerone ItaHanu 2023 Tour Guide Competition; Final of the Manufatto ItaHanu 2023 Competition; Games, quizzes, videos about Italy and the Italian language with students of the Italian language course; Workshop of students of the Italian language course with the theme "My favorite Italian city".

There will also be the Final of the Girolamo ItaHanu 2023 Best Interpreter Competition; Italian Language Student Seminar with the theme Telling a story about love in Italy , La notte di passione - a music program performed by students of the Italian Language Department, Going to Study in Hanoi; Italian Language Student Seminar with the theme Italian Cuisine ...
