Quickly investigate a group of teenagers who slashed and seriously injured one person

On August 12, the Investigation Police Agency of An Giang Province Police announced that it had decided to prosecute the case and prosecute 18 defendants for the crimes of intentionally causing injury and disturbing public order.

Specifically, an order was issued to temporarily detain 13 subjects, including: Nguyen Thanh Sang (born in 2007, residing in Chau Phu commune); Le Cong Tri and Nguyen Thanh Thai (born in 2005, residing in Binh My commune) for the crime of intentionally causing injury.

Huynh Son Lam (born in 2007, residing in Co To commune); Pham Dang Khoa (born in 2005), Le Khac Huy (born in 2004), Le Van Dang (born in 2000), Vo Gia Lac (born in 2005), all residing in Chau Phu commune; Do Thi Cam Hien (born in 2004), Nguyen Van Huu Nhon (born in 1997), Nguyen Thanh Hy (born in 2005), Tran Phuoc Loc (born in 2007), Ngo Van Kha (born in 1995), all residing in Binh My commune for the crime of disturbing public order.

At the same time, an order was issued prohibiting 5 subjects from leaving their place of residence for the crime of disturbing public order.

Previously, at around 10:40 p.m. on July 26, Vinh An Commune Police, An Giang Province received a report from Mr. Pham Van Long (born in 1967) that his brother, Pham Van Nhan (born in 1963, residing in Vinh Loc Hamlet, Vinh An Commune) was seriously injured by dozens of strange teenagers with knives and glass bottles thrown into his house. After committing the crime, the subjects escaped on a motorbike that same night.

Upon receiving the report, the An Giang Provincial Police Department directed the Criminal Police Department to quickly coordinate with Vinh An Commune Police to investigate and pursue the subjects. Using professional measures, in less than 48 hours, 19 related subjects were identified and invited to the headquarters for clarification.

At the investigation agency, the subjects confessed that due to a conflict between Le Hoang An and Huynh Huu Canh (born in 2009, residing in Vinh An commune), they got into a fight.

Currently, the case is being investigated and clarified by Vinh An Commune Police in coordination with the Criminal Police Department of An Giang Provincial Police.
