At the Regiment's shooting range, the CSMs focused on practicing live ammunition shooting. Sweat beaded on their foreheads, the initial tension on the soldiers' faces gradually relaxed after each round of bullets hit the target. Among them, Private Tran Anh Vu (Company 1, Battalion 1) was chosen to perform the opening round of shooting. Previously, Vu had only achieved average shooting results. However, thanks to persistent practice and enthusiastic guidance from officers, Vu gradually regained his confidence. "At first, I was nervous when I stepped onto the shooting platform. But hearing my teammates behind me shout encouragement, I felt like I was given more strength to hit the target," Vu shared, smiling brightly after the shooting session. With excellent results, Vu was classified as excellent and was awarded a "good shooting flower" by the unit commander.

Captain Pham Xuan Thuan, Battalion Commander of Battalion 1, said: “Practicing “3 explosions” not only requires skillful techniques but also challenges the psychology and will of each soldier. Therefore, the unit pays special attention to practical training combined with training the bravery and mentality of CSM. Officers at all levels always closely guide and encourage soldiers to be steadfast in their thoughts, calm and confident in all situations. Today’s maturity is the result of a serious and synchronous training process.”
On the sunny training ground, applause rang out every time a series of shots achieved a high score. Some people clasped their teammates’ hands, others reached out to touch their chests - where they had just been awarded the “good shooting flower”. After those glorious moments were countless days of hard training under the sun and wind.
3 months ago, excellent young men from all over the country enlisted in the 141st Regiment, carrying with them the aspiration to contribute to the Fatherland. In the first days of getting acquainted with the order, regime, discipline of the Army and the training ground, many people were still bewildered. However, under the leadership and command of the Party Committee, commanders at all levels and with their own outstanding efforts, each soldier has constantly improved and matured step by step. The results of the "3-explosive" test showed that 100% of the CSMs met the requirements, of which more than 80% were good and excellent.
Lieutenant Colonel Do Van Kien, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of Regiment 141, affirmed: “With the motto "hard training makes perfect, calloused hands make good shots", we aim to not only train skills but also foster ideals and build political mettle for CSM. The recent test results are clear evidence of the quality of training, creating a solid foundation for CSM comrades to confidently complete all tasks in the coming time".
