At the conference, representatives of the Party Committee of Army Corps 11 and Army Officer School 2 presented a summary report of the draft document, focusing on the political report, personnel orientation and congress organization plan.

After listening to the report, Lieutenant General Nguyen Quang Ngoc and relevant agencies gave directions, supplements, and contributed content to help the two Party Committees continue to complete preparations and successfully organize the congress for the 2025-2030 term.

Concluding the conference, Lieutenant General Nguyen Hong Thai acknowledged the elaborate preparation and rich content of the 11th Corps, and at the same time requested the Corps to fully absorb the instructions, carefully review the contents, especially the topics, and the breakthroughs must hit the key points, clear people, clear work.

He emphasized that the Corps needs to closely follow its functions and tasks as both a strategic development corps and a business enterprise to determine appropriate breakthroughs; the new term direction needs to clarify military and defense tasks, avoiding dispersion. At the same time, the terms and criteria in the report also need to be reviewed and rearranged to ensure consistency and clarity. Regarding the personnel plan and the time of the congress, the relevant agencies will coordinate closely to ensure smooth implementation.

Regarding Army Officer School 2, Lieutenant General Nguyen Hong Thai suggested that the school research and identify suitable breakthroughs, especially focusing on improving the quality of education and training, and overcoming existing shortcomings.

At the same time, it is important to carefully review the arrangement of targets, personnel plans, topics, and congress mottos to avoid duplication and ensure the specificity of the military training unit. He also requested relevant agencies to continue reviewing and creating conditions for Army Officer School 2 to prepare documents well and organize the congress successfully.
