Perform National target program for socio -economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas, Project 5 - Sub-project 3 " Developing vocational education and creating jobs for workers in ethnic minority and mountainous areas" and Plan No. 108/KH-TTDVVL dated May 16, 2025 of Cao Bang Provincial Employment Service Center on organizing propaganda and career counseling in 2025. From June 5, 2025 to June 19, 2025, Cao Bang Employment Service Center organized 20 conferences on propaganda and career counseling for grade 12 students at schools (High schools of Bao Lam district; Bao Lac; Nguyen Binh; Ha Quang; Thach An; Quang Hoa; Trung Khanh; Ha Lang and Vocational Education - Continuing Education Centers of Quang Hoa; Ha Quang; Ha Lang districts).

Questions for grade 12 students
Accompanying the Center are 03 vocational training and labor recruitment units (Vietnam College of Coal and Minerals; Tam Nhat Consulting and Service Joint Stock Company; Texhong Ngan Ha Science and Technology Co., Ltd. ) with over 2,200 students attending. At the conference, students listened to the Center's reporters providing information on careers, jobs and future development trends of occupations, labor market information, policies and laws in the field of labor - employment, vocational training; representatives of labor recruitment and vocational training units directly propagated, advised and oriented careers including training occupations associated with jobs suitable to the abilities and aspirations of students after graduation.

This is an activity organized annually by the Employment Service Center to help students access the domestic and foreign labor market. Through the consultation session, students were able to exchange information and issues related to careers and jobs. Many issues that students are interested in and concerned about regarding choosing a school, choosing a career, the labor market, jobs and the development trends of future professions were shared and answered specifically. Through that, students have partly assessed their personal abilities, determined their future careers and jobs to choose for themselves.
At the end of the propaganda and career counseling conferences, more than 265 students registered to find jobs and learn vocational skills after graduating from high school.
