In recent times, relevant agencies, units, and hospitals have actively and proactively reviewed and upgraded information technology infrastructure, software, and other conditions to deploy the HSBAĐT and HSSKĐT in accordance with each unit, moving towards implementing a "paperless" hospital. The deployment of the military data transmission network and the deployment of the military computer network to the working location (infirmary) of the unit's data entry department has been completed; the software and HSSKĐT database have been completed, installed, configured on the data center, and exploited for use at the unit. The HSSKĐT data management center has been built, in which more than 600,000 data have been initialized on the system. It is expected that agencies and units will complete the standardization of military data and update of health information in 2025 before July 30.

The deployment of the Military Health Information System and Military Health Information System is extremely important for supporting accurate and timely treatment, optimizing the health care process; improving the ability to store, retrieve and share medical information quickly and safely; helping military medical agencies at all levels in the entire army manage and grasp information and health status of soldiers.
After listening to the reports and opinions at the conference, Senior Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh emphasized that relevant agencies, units and hospitals must carry out their tasks with the spirit of "no retreat, only compliance, determination to implement", ensuring the progress of completing the goals, key tasks, and solutions to deploy HSBAĐT and HSSKĐT.

Senior Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh requested the General Department of Logistics and Technology to direct the Military Medical Department to urgently develop a master plan for deploying the e-healthcare system and submit it to the Minister of National Defense for approval before July 17. Hospitals must develop and complete a system of regulations and rules for deploying, managing, exploiting, and using the e-healthcare system before August 15; develop a digital transformation plan and develop the e-healthcare system for the 2026-2030 period. Hospital commanders are responsible for completing the implementation of the e-healthcare system before September 15. The Military Industry-Telecoms Group (Viettel) and the Technical Application and Production Company Limited (TECAPRO)/Ministry of National Defense review and supplement missing items regarding information technology infrastructure and storage; build and complete the e-healthcare system's software, install and configure the storage system and related conditions suitable for each hospital.

Along with that, Command 86 presided over, coordinated to review, unify and propose plans to effectively use the Ministry of National Defense Data Centers, deploy the Secure Connection Gateway solution to serve the deployment of HSBAĐT and HSSKĐT. The Finance Department ensures the budget for agencies and units. The Information and Communications Corps presides over and coordinates to accelerate the deployment of a seamless military data transmission network to agencies and units (regiment level and equivalent) throughout the army before August 15. The Cipher Department, General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, supports hospitals in deploying and integrating specialized digital signatures for public service into medical examination and treatment software.
