However, the K Pad lacks security with a fingerprint sensor and the option to insert a SIM card.

The specifications of this screen are also superior to the iPad with 3K resolution, 165 Hz refresh rate and stylus support. However, in reality, the panel used by the company is a bit pale, with low contrast. In return, the Redmi K Pad has thinner bezels than its rival from Apple.

Aimed at gamers, Xiaomi's product is equipped with two charging ports, at the bottom and on the side. Users can choose the appropriate plug location according to their usage position. In addition, when plugged in, the K Pad has a direct power mode, instead of through the battery, to reduce temperature and limit component failure.

The interior of the tablet line is also made differently. The motherboard cluster is made vertically, placed in the middle of the body, separating the two batteries. This helps to limit the heat from the hand when holding the game for a long time. In addition, Xiaomi also equipped this product with the vibration motors and speakers with the largest capacity on the market.

Redmi K Pad is equipped with MediaTek's Dimensity 9400+ chip. This processor line is cooler than Snapdragon 8 gen3, but CPU performance is not inferior. In return, the compatibility and optimization of the chip is still slightly inferior to its competitor from Qualcomm.

With a starting price of 10 million VND, this tablet line is an option that customers can consider as an alternative to the iPad Mini. In addition to a cheaper price, the product is also suitable for gaming tasks thanks to its powerful configuration and high refresh rate screen. However, iPadOS is still an indisputable advantage from Apple. The optimized operating system and massive application store are things that Android tablets lack.

There are many similarities, but the surface finish quality and weight distribution of Redmi K Pad can be improved to bring a more premium experience. It is not yet clear whether Xiaomi will distribute this product in Vietnam or not.
