Awarding the Decision approving investment policy for 2 projects in Thanh Hai Industrial Park

On the afternoon of March 27, the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board held a ceremony to hand over the Decision approving the investment policy and approving investors for 2 investment projects in Thanh Hai Industrial Park (Phan Rang-Thap Cham City).

At the ceremony, the leaders of the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board awarded the Decisions to Mui Dinh Tourism and Furniture Production Joint Stock Company to build a wooden furniture factory on an area of ​​nearly 3.8 hectares. The project has a total investment of more than VND 88.3 billion, will start construction in August 2025 and be completed and put into operation in the second quarter of 2026. At the same time, the Decision was awarded to Ninh Thuan Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company to build an organic medicinal plant factory on an area of ​​more than 2.5 hectares. The project has a total investment of VND 45 billion, will start construction in the first quarter of 2026 and be completed and put into operation in the second quarter of 2028.

The Provincial Industrial Park Management Board granted the Decision approving the investment policy and approving the investor for 2 projects.

At the ceremony, the investors pledged to complete the project and put it into operation on schedule. It is expected that when the two factories come into operation, they will create jobs for about 450 to 500 local workers, contributing to the socio -economic development of the province.
