In recent years, the voluntary blood donation movement in Dak Lak province has developed strongly, through the implementation of many meaningful activities such as: "Pink Spring Festival", "National Voluntary Blood Donation Day April 7", "Red Sunday", Red Journey "Central Highlands Red Drops"... These activities have become highlights, attracting the widespread participation of the people, especially the union members and youth.

From June 2024 to June 2025, the province organized 7 provincial-level voluntary blood donation launching ceremonies and 104 district-level voluntary blood donation campaigns, attracting over 39,000 volunteers, youth, and people to participate, receiving 37,542 units of blood. At the same time, 301 people were mobilized to register to donate human organs and tissues.

Speaking at the ceremony, Acting Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thien Van respectfully acknowledged and commended the valuable contributions of volunteers, groups, families and units in the voluntary blood donation movement.

At the same time, it is recommended that all levels, sectors and localities continue to consider voluntary blood donation as an important political and social task, actively coordinate and create all favorable conditions for the movement to spread more strongly and sustainably.

Outstanding individuals in the voluntary blood donation movement received certificates of merit from the Provincial People's Committee.

We believe that with the cooperation of the whole society, along with the high determination of the Provincial Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation, Dak Lak will continue to be one of the typical localities in the voluntary blood donation movement of the whole country.

Within the framework of the program, outstanding groups and individuals in voluntary blood donation shared about their humanitarian journey, thereby spreading the spirit of joining hands for the community throughout society.

At the ceremony, the Provincial People's Committee honored and awarded certificates of merit to 53 outstanding individuals of Dak Lak province in voluntary blood donation.
