The Ministry of Industry and Trade said that the Ministry coordinated with the Hanoi People's Committee and AEON Group to organize Vietnamese Goods Week at AEON systems in Japan, Malaysia, Hong Kong (China) and Cambodia.
This is a large-scale event, part of the Project "Promoting Vietnamese enterprises to directly participate in foreign distribution systems by 2030" of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Over the years, hundreds of Vietnamese products have met Japanese market standards, distributed widely throughout Asia through AEON Group.
This year, for the first time, the Goods Week is held simultaneously in Japan, Hong Kong (China), Cambodia, and Malaysia.

In Japan, Vietnamese Goods Week takes place simultaneously at 360 AEON stores, with hundreds of product codes belonging to the following groups: Agricultural products, processed foods, seafood, textiles, household appliances, health care products, and handicrafts.
The highlight is the appearance of traditional Vietnamese dishes, such as pho, vermicelli, banh mi and many attractive street foods served directly.
At AEON supermarkets in Malaysia, Hong Kong (China) and Cambodia, Vietnamese goods are displayed in separate areas, with prominent items such as: bananas, mangoes, longans, lychees, dragon fruits, vermicelli, dried vermicelli, dried fruits, frozen seafood, household appliances, textiles, footwear and handicrafts.
Along with that are synchronous promotional activities such as: Video presentations introducing Vietnamese cuisine, cooking instructions, promotional programs and direct experiences.
With the theme “Experience the beauty of Vietnam through five senses”, AEON continues to combine product introduction with promoting the image of Vietnamese culture and tourism through traditional art performances, such as folk dance, traditional musical instrument performances, Vovinam performances, etc.
