Organizing an exhibition of propaganda paintings to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital

The exhibition of propaganda paintings was organized to widely propagate to cadres, party members and people the significance and great historical value of the Capital Liberation Day in the revolutionary cause of fighting for national independence and socialism; affirming the correct and wise leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, President Ho Chi Minh and the spirit of great national unity as the decisive factor for all victories of the Vietnamese revolution.

In addition, the exhibition also aims to educate the tradition of patriotism, revolutionary heroism, the spirit of "determination to die for the Fatherland", bravery and resilience of the army and people of the whole country in general, and of the capital Hanoi in particular, in the resistance war for national independence and reunification; encourage and motivate cadres, party members and people to promote industrialization, modernization, build the capital Hanoi to develop comprehensively and sustainably; strive and make efforts to overcome difficulties, successfully complete political goals and tasks in 2024, compete to achieve achievements to celebrate the great national holiday, determined to successfully implement the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term and the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress.

The exhibition of propaganda paintings to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2024) is expected to display about 150-200 propaganda paintings at the Central Flower Garden of Son Tay town. The exhibition is expected to open on October 4, 2024.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requires that the organization of the exhibition of propaganda paintings to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital must ensure quality, progress and efficiency.

Accordingly, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism assigned the Department of Grassroots Culture to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to implement the approved Plan.

The Department of Culture and Information of Son Tay town coordinates with the Department of Grassroots Culture to carry out the following contents: Ensure location, venue, security, order, health, power source; protect, maintain and dismantle the exhibition after it ends; Carry out propaganda work in Son Tay town (Propaganda on clusters of billboards, flags, streamers, banners, newspapers...); Prepare facilities for the opening ceremony of the exhibition: space tent, stage, sound, light, tables and chairs, flowers, water... to welcome delegates and work related to serving the exhibition; Coordinate with the Department of Advertising and Propaganda Management (Department of Grassroots Culture) to organize the implementation.../.
