Organizing Volunteer Saturday in Vinh O mountainous commune

Today, March 30, Vinh Linh District Youth Union in collaboration with the Youth Union, Quang Tri Provincial Police; GFDI Investment Consulting Company, Quang Tri branch; 245 General Clinic, Quang Tri organized Volunteer Saturday in the mountainous commune of Vinh O.

With the theme of joining hands to contribute to building the new rural areas and supporting and taking care of people's health, on the Volunteer Saturday, the units carried out many practical and meaningful activities. Highlights include: Installation and inauguration of the Solar-powered Countryside Light Project; a system of billboards to promote the construction of the new rural areas, and national flags with a total cost of 60 million VND in the two villages of Xom Moi and Len.

Conduct medical examinations and provide free medicine to people; donate 100 Berocca Mango effervescent tubes to Vinh O Primary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities.

In addition, 40 gifts, each worth 300,000 VND, were given to 20 excellent students and 20 poor families in Vinh O commune.
