At the same time, we focus on directing the completion of housing for people with revolutionary contributions, with the participation of the Ministry of Construction and central and local ministries, departments and branches, to be completed before July 27, 2025.

One of the key activities in 2025 is the Meeting with Meritorious People and Historical Witnesses, scheduled to take place on July 24, 2025 in Hanoi with the participation of Party and State leaders.

The event will honor the great contributions of veteran revolutionary cadres, Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, Heroes of the People's Armed Forces, Labor Heroes during the resistance war, historical testimony; people with revolutionary contributions through the ages... with an expected number of about 250 delegates.

This year's plan also emphasizes the role of the younger generation in the work of gratitude. The Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union will launch a youth volunteer movement to care for wounded and sick, families of martyrs and people with revolutionary contributions, and a movement to renovate and care for works honoring martyrs to ensure they are "bright-green-clean-beautiful".

Along with that, there are activities of visiting and giving gifts by leaders of the Party, State, and Vietnam Fatherland Front to people with meritorious services, relatives of people with meritorious services to the revolution in localities and centers for nurturing and caring for people with meritorious services to the revolution, in July.

Focus on renovating, repairing, upgrading, and taking care of works honoring martyrs (martyr cemeteries, martyr memorials, martyr temples, martyr stele) and martyr graves.

Organize delegations to visit and give gifts to people with revolutionary contributions and martyrs' relatives in a timely, complete and appropriate manner before the anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day as planned.

The Ministry of Home Affairs will monitor, urge and coordinate with relevant departments, ministries, branches, agencies and localities to implement the tasks; report to the Prime Minister on the implementation results.
