The exhibition showcases design works and tells the story of Italian culinary history through the authors’ fascinating perspectives. The exhibition is curated by Massimo Montanari – Professor of Food History at the University of Bologna, and Laura Lazzaroni – a renowned writer in the culinary field.

The exhibition not only focuses on dishes and cooking methods, but also gives visitors a panoramic view of the Agriculture and Livestock sectors; the diversity of food, environmental and health challenges in the Gastronomy sector, and many other interesting perspectives revolving around the theme of Italian cuisine and culture.

"The Taste of Italy is not just about food, but about life, love, and sharing. We want to bring a wonderful experience, not only for the senses but also for the hearts and souls of everyone." – quote from the Exhibition author.

The exhibition will not only be a place to display unique and eye-catching works of art, but also a multidimensional source of information, a journey of discovery through the history, culture and spirit of the Italian people.

The 8th Italian Cuisine Week in Vietnam with the theme “Enjoy Italian cuisine: sublime flavors with healthy ingredients”, the Embassy of Italy wishes to spread to the community information and knowledge about the nutritious and healthy Mediterranean cuisine, as well as promote the diversity of Italian culinary culture to food lovers and cultural experiencers.
