Regarding the Lao Cai-Hanoi-Hai Phong railway construction investment project, the relevant authorities are carrying out site clearance work, and are expected to start construction of the resettlement area on August 19; striving to basically complete site clearance work before December 31, 2025.
For the investment project of the route connecting Gia Binh Airport with Hanoi Capital, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the functional unit to develop a plan, organize to collect opinions from the community and related agencies and units. At the same time, explain, receive opinions, submit for appraisal and approval of the route plan.

After the conference ended, at the Provincial People's Committee bridge, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ngo Tan Phuong requested all levels, sectors, localities, and units related to key national traffic projects to seriously grasp and fully implement the conclusions of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh.
He requested the investor to focus on directing contractors to mobilize maximum human resources and means to move technical infrastructure works, speed up construction progress and complete payment and settlement records; strive to complete the relocation of technical infrastructure works in September. Strengthen inspection and supervision to grasp the reality, resolve arising issues; combine the acceleration of progress with continuing to launch the emulation movement of Bac Ninh province.
For projects that are being prepared for implementation, localities where the roads and projects pass through need to strengthen the Steering Committee for compensation and site clearance; actively propagate and mobilize people to agree, speed up the land recovery progress, and be ready to hand over the site to the construction unit as soon as possible.
