The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council sent his best wishes to the cadres working in the province's propaganda work. He emphasized a number of outstanding results that the province has achieved in recent times, including the positive contributions of the propaganda sector. The entire sector has actively advised and comprehensively implemented propaganda work, encouraged and motivated cadres, party members, and people of all walks of life to strive to successfully implement the local political goals and tasks; making an important contribution to political stability, socio-economic development, national defense, security, and building a clean and strong Party Committee and political system of the province.

He suggested that in the coming time, the whole sector should continue to take the lead in information and propaganda work on the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, especially new policies, resolutions and conclusions of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to cadres, party members and people of all walks of life in the province to create high consensus and unity in organization and implementation. The cadres doing propaganda work must constantly study, practice and improve their professional qualifications, especially their ability to convey information; proactively grasp public opinion, promptly advise the Party Committee on timely and effective direction plans... to create unity within the Party, social consensus, and encourage people of all walks of life to strive to successfully complete the goals set out in the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress.
