At the meeting, business representatives raised difficulties related to site construction and product installation, especially specialized products.
After listening to the relevant units explain the difficulties and problems of the enterprises, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ta Quang Dong shared with the enterprises about the difficulties in the stages of coming up with ideas, designing, receiving premises and constructing, and emphasized that the booths of the units named "Kho nghiep kien quoc" are all in the top of the national brand, this is both an honor but also a great responsibility.
Deputy Minister Ta Quang Dong suggested that units need to stick to the schedule and not let objective or subjective reasons cause them to be behind the general level of the exhibition.

Concluding the meeting, Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh emphasized that this exhibition is the largest ever, of national and regional stature, attracting the attention of the entire population and international visitors, therefore, the quality and appearance of the booths must be ensured at the highest level.
There is not much time left from now until the opening day of the Exhibition, the workload is large, requiring urgent and drastic participation of the units.

The Deputy Prime Minister requested that enterprises urgently receive the site, urgently complete the design, and simultaneously start construction by August 8. During the construction process, they need to directly discuss with support units to resolve problems and difficulties.
The Deputy Prime Minister also requested construction units to work 24/7 to speed up progress. Enterprises need to register in advance with the management board to receive support (for electricity, security, access cards, etc.).

The Deputy Prime Minister and members of the Steering Committee will be present at the Exhibition every day to inspect, urge and directly remove difficulties.
"The selected enterprises are all typical and prestigious brands of the country. Therefore, it is necessary to uphold the sense of responsibility and make maximum efforts to complete their booths on schedule, ensuring quality and aesthetics, worthy of the stature and significance of the Exhibition," the Deputy Prime Minister emphasized.
Immediately after working with businesses, Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh also worked with leaders of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Vietnam Exhibition Fair Center Joint Stock Company, and design consulting units on related work.
