NDO - On the morning of November 18, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh   Attending the National Great Unity Festival of the inter-residential areas of Sa De Phin, Hat Ho, Sang Phin, Mao Sao Phin in Sa De Phin commune, Sin Ho district, Lai Chau province.
