Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and the delegation and provincial leaders visited the A1 Martyrs Cemetery.

Joining the delegation were comrade Do Van Chien, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and leaders of central departments, ministries and branches.

Before the souls of the heroic martyrs, with a heart of sincere gratitude, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and the delegation vowed to live, fight, and study following the example of the great President Ho Chi Minh, promote the heroic tradition of Dien Bien Phu, continue to make efforts with the entire Party, the entire army, and the entire people to successfully carry out the cause of industrialization and modernization of the country, building an increasingly prosperous and prosperous Vietnam.
