DTO - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed Decision No. 303/QD-TTg dated April 12, 2024 appointing Mr. Pham Thanh Binh - Director of the Northeast Asia Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs. The term of appointment is 5 years.

Before being appointed as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Pham Thanh Binh held the positions of Deputy Director and then Director of the Northeast Asia Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
