Dear comrades!
On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Traditional Day of Border Guard Squadron 38, Border Guard (May 10, 1994 - May 10, 2024), on behalf of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense, I would like to send my warmest regards and best wishes to all officers, soldiers, professional soldiers, non-commissioned officers, and soldiers who have worked and are working at Border Guard Squadron 38.
After 30 years of building, striving and growing, under the leadership and direction of the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense, directly the Party Committee and the Border Guard Command; with the attention and enthusiastic support of the Party Committees, authorities and people of localities; the close and effective coordination and cooperation of agencies and units inside and outside the Army; generations of officers, soldiers, professional soldiers, non-commissioned officers and soldiers of Border Guard Squadron 38 have promoted the good nature and glorious tradition of the heroic Vietnam People's Army; united, clever, strictly implementing the guidelines, policies and laws of the Party and State on handling issues at sea, excellently completing the tasks of training, combat readiness, patrolling, controlling, preventing, fighting to stop and effectively handling violations of international law and Vietnamese law; Closely coordinate with management and protection forces to maintain sovereignty , border security, order and safety at sea and participate in search and rescue in assigned sea areas, actively contributing to the cause of building and firmly protecting the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland.
I warmly commend and praise the achievements, progress and maturity of the 38th Border Guard Squadron over the past 30 years. I hope that, in the new revolutionary period, you comrades will continue to promote the achievements you have achieved, promote the study and follow of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, the Campaign to promote tradition, contribute talent, worthy of the title "Uncle Ho's soldiers", excellently complete all assigned tasks; build a clean and strong Party organization associated with building a comprehensively strong "exemplary and typical" unit; contribute with the entire Party, the entire people and the entire army to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, building a prosperous and happy country.
