The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting forecasts that on June 24, the northern mountainous region will continue to have scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some places experiencing heavy rain with rainfall ranging from 15-30 mm, and some places experiencing over 80 mm. Rain will be concentrated in the early morning, late afternoon and at night.
In the afternoon and evening of June 24, in the Central Highlands and the South, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain with rainfall of 10-30 mm, locally over 60 mm. Thunderstorms are likely to cause tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.
Localized heavy rains are likely to cause flash floods on small rivers and streams, landslides on steep slopes and waterlogging in low-lying areas.
At sea, on the day and night of June 24, the eastern sea area of the North East Sea, the central and southern East Sea areas (including the waters of the Truong Sa archipelago), the sea area from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau, Ca Mau to Kien Giang and the Gulf of Thailand will have showers and thunderstorms.
During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, strong gusts of wind level 6-7 and waves over 2m high. In addition, on the day and night of June 24, in the sea area from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau , there will be strong southwest winds level 5, sometimes level 6, gusts level 7; waves from 1.5-2.5m high; rough seas. All ships operating in the above areas are at risk of being affected by tornadoes and strong gusts of wind.

- Hanoi sunny during the day, showers and thunderstorms in some places in the late afternoon and night; Southeast to South wind level 2-3; lowest temperature from 25-27 degrees Celsius, highest from 33-35 degrees Celsius.
- In the Northwest, there will be showers and thunderstorms in some places during the day; in the evening and at night, there will be showers and scattered thunderstorms, with some places having heavy rain; the lowest temperature will be from 23-26 degrees Celsius, in some places below 23 degrees Celsius; the highest temperature will be from 31-34 degrees Celsius.
- In the Northeast, there will be intermittent sunshine during the day, scattered showers and thunderstorms in the late afternoon and at night; in the northern mountainous region, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some heavy rain in some places. Rain will be concentrated in the early morning, late afternoon and at night; Southeast to South winds will be at level 2-3. The lowest temperature will be from 24-27 degrees Celsius, the highest will be from 31-34 degrees Celsius.
- The provinces from Thanh Hoa to Hue will have sunny days, some places will be hot, especially in the western mountainous areas; in the late afternoon and at night there will be showers and thunderstorms in some places; light wind; the lowest temperature will be from 25-28 degrees Celsius, the highest from 32-35 degrees Celsius, some places will be above 35 degrees Celsius, especially in the western mountainous areas it will be 35-36 degrees Celsius.
- The area from Da Nang to Binh Thuan will be sunny during the day, with some places having hot sun; in the evening there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms in some places, at night there will be showers and thunderstorms in some places; southwest wind level 2-3; lowest temperature from 24-27 degrees Celsius, highest from 32-35 degrees Celsius, some places above 35 degrees Celsius.
- Central Highlands has scattered showers and thunderstorms; in the afternoon and evening there are scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain; Southwest wind level 2-3; lowest temperature from 21-24 degrees Celsius, highest from 27-30 degrees Celsius.
- The South has scattered showers and thunderstorms in some places; in the afternoon and evening there are scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain in some places; southwest wind level 2-3; lowest temperature from 23-26 degrees Celsius, highest from 30-33 degrees Celsius, some places above 33 degrees Celsius.
Last night (June 23), in the Northern region, there were scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some places experiencing heavy to very heavy rain.
