Specifically, for children from 0 to 6 years old:
- In case of children born on or before September 30: Health insurance card is valid from the date of birth to September 30 of the year the child is 72 months old.
- In case of children born after September 30: Health insurance card is valid from the date of birth until the last day of the month the child turns 72 months old.
For first graders:
- For children born from September 30 or earlier: Health insurance card validity starts from October 1 of the first year of primary school.
- For children born after September 30: Health insurance card is valid from the last day of the month the child turns 72 months old.
Grade 12 students:
- Health insurance card is valid until September 30 of that year.
Students of educational institutions, vocational training institutions:
- First-year students of the course: Health insurance card is valid from the date of admission, except for the case where the card from grade 12 is still valid.
- Final year students: Health insurance card is valid until the last day of the month the course ends.
