According to RT , the three-way US-Russia-Ukraine summit could take place if the negotiations between President Trump and Ukrainian leader Zelensky in the Oval Office of the White House on August 18 are successful.

It is known that after the Russia-US summit in Alaska on August 15 (local time), President Trump and Mr. Zelensky had a phone call that the media described as "not easy".
European leaders also joined the conversation, with the US president telling them he wanted to arrange a three-way summit with Putin and Zelensky as early as August 22, according to Axios.
At least one European leader is expected to attend the meeting between President Trump and Mr. Zelensky in Washington, a source added.
On August 16, President Trump confirmed that he would meet with President Zelensky in the Oval Office on August 18, while also hinting that a follow-up meeting with Russian leader Putin could follow. The White House boss added that the goal should be a peace agreement, not a temporary ceasefire "that often doesn't hold."
Russia insists that a lasting peace settlement requires Ukraine to abandon its ambitions to join NATO, demilitarize and recognise the current territorial realities, including Crimea, Donetsk, Lugansk, Kherson and Zaporozhye, as part of Russia. However, President Zelensky has consistently rejected any territorial concessions.
President Trump told Fox News that Mr Zelensky should “make the deal”, stressing that President Putin “wants to see it done”.
