Candidates breathe a sigh of relief as Ho Chi Minh City National University opens new channel to check exam scores

(NLDO) - To overcome the situation where candidates cannot see their second round of competency assessment test scores, Ho Chi Minh City National University has opened an additional channel to look up scores.

Speaking to a reporter from Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper at noon on June 17, candidates who had trouble looking up their second round of competency assessment test scores yesterday (June 16) said they were able to see their scores through the new score lookup channel.

Minh Anh (District 12) breathed a sigh of relief and said: "Today I was able to look up my exam scores. The scores were exactly as I predicted. Even though I knew the scores were late, I was very happy because I had completed my goal."

Not only Minh Anh, before that, many candidates complained that they tried to access the main system many times, but after only a few seconds, they were kicked out of the access window.

The Center for Testing and Training Quality Assessment - Ho Chi Minh City National University explained that due to the large number of people accessing the system at the same time, network congestion occurred.

To overcome this situation, on the evening of June 16, Ho Chi Minh City National University promptly added a new channel to look up exam scores. Candidates do not need to log in to their accounts and can watch directly according to the instructions:

Step 1. Access the website of the HCM City National University's High School Graduation Exam: https://thinangluc.vnuhcm.edu.vn

Step 2. Click the "CHECK EXAM RESULTS" button

Step 3. Enter "ID Card Number/CCCD" and "Email", click "VIEW RESULTS" button.

Candidates complain about not being able to access the second round of competency assessment test scores

Although it was promptly fixed, some candidates said that looking up on the new channel was not safe. Candidates said that the school often has a list of student ID cards and emails, this list is sent to the public group so many people will have personal information of the candidates. Outsiders only need these two pieces of information to be able to see the scores, personal scores are no longer confidential.

To date, more than 110 highereducation institutions have registered to use the results of the Ho Chi Minh City National University's competency assessment exam for admission in 2025.
