From the movements, from the beginning of the year until now, there have been many topics and technical improvements implemented by collectives and individuals, applied in practice, contributing to improving labor productivity and the working environment, typically the improvement of “Changing the traditional composting process with machine composting method”, “Improving and upgrading the entire organic humus production line, bringing efficiency of more than 100 million VND/month”. The enterprise has commended and rewarded 30 individuals who have excellently completed their tasks in the emulation movement "Good workers - Creative workers", with a total reward of 400 million VND.

In addition, the company has invested in advanced technology to improve production efficiency and product quality; invested in and increased the factory capacity to 30,000 tons of finished products per year with an additional investment capital of 52 billion VND. Improve quality management from raw materials to final products, improve production and distribution processes to optimize costs. In addition, actively expand and seek new markets through international fairs and trade promotion activities to introduce its products and seek new cooperation opportunities. Since the beginning of the year, the company has purchased more than 18,000 tons of aloe vera raw materials for farmers, with an estimated revenue of 132 billion VND. The company maintains stable jobs for more than 350 workers, with an average income of 7.5 million VND for workers and 13 million VND for managers.
Mr. Nguyen Duc Thuan said: To maintain production and business development, the Board of Directors continues to coordinate with the Executive Board of the Trade Union to promote the emulation movement "Good workers, creative workers", encouraging all employees and workers to focus on implementing solutions and tasks to develop the aloe vera value chain; build a national brand, develop and expand the consumer market, improve production and business efficiency, ensure jobs and income for workers.
Deeply aware that emulation is the driving force for development, right from the beginning of the year, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor has directed trade unions at all levels to implement plans and emulation movements to ensure practicality, effectiveness, and breadth in agencies and units; especially emulation to achieve achievements to celebrate major holidays and important political events of the province and the country. The movements "Good workers, creative workers", "Good at public work - Good at housework", "Cadres, civil servants, and public employees say no to negativity associated with building cultural agencies" ... have attracted a large number of union members to participate and implement with specific, practical actions, efforts, and striving to complete professional tasks well. Many cultural, artistic, physical education and sports activities were held enthusiastically, such as: Provincial Civil Servants' Union Sports Festival, Industrial Parks' Union Sports Festival, Workers' Songs... contributing to creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere, improving spiritual life, health and creating solidarity among workers, civil servants and laborers.
