For young entrepreneurs, the Resolution is a catalyst to help them excel in innovation and creativity, contributing to building an efficient, creative and flexible economy .
Confident innovation and integration
Recently, many young entrepreneurs in the province have started their businesses with a determined spirit, ready to try their hand in new fields, applying modern technology and management models. Mr. Le Duy Lan (born in 1992), Director of Life Tourism Management Company Limited (Cat Tien Commune), was honored in the Top 10 Outstanding Young Entrepreneurs in 2024, is a typical example.
The bold mark that helps this young businessman make a difference is to make the “green” factor become a business identity. The Trung Luong coastal tourist area that the company is developing aims to maximize the conservation of nature, protect the landscape and ecosystem. Thanks to the different approach, last summer the room occupancy rate reached 70%, creating jobs for more than 150 workers, contributing over 3 billion VND to the budget. “Sustainable business must be a harmony between profit, environment and community. I hope that tourists leave Trung Luong with both memories and awareness of preserving nature,” Mr. Lan shared.
In the supporting industry sector, Binh Dinh Cotton Production Company Limited (Tuy Phuoc Tay commune), run by Mr. Hoang Dai Thach (born in 1992), chose a different direction by focusing on the domestic market.

By investing in technology, closed production lines at the factory, purchasing local raw materials, and building its own quality control system, the Company optimizes production efficiency and costs, promptly serving customer needs. Thanks to that, the Company's products gradually affirm their brand in the province and gradually expand to neighboring markets.
Also with the entrepreneurial spirit, Mr. Ngo The Long (born in 1997), Director of HAKUEN Group Management Consulting Co., Ltd. (Quy Nhon Ward), has built a professional management model for hotels, food and beverage industry. After only 3 years, from an initial facility, the Company has developed to 8 branches, revenue increased 4 times, contributing nearly 1 billion VND to the budget each year.
As the Chairman of the Binh Dinh Young Entrepreneurs Innovation and Startup Club, Mr. Long spreads the spirit of "customer success is our success".
Catch up with international trends
In the era of global competition, technology, quality and international standards have become the keys to survival. Many private enterprises have boldly chosen this direction.

Early on, VCU Joint Stock Company (Chu Prong Commune) determined the goal of bringing Vietnamese agricultural products, especially coffee, to the world . From the beginning, VCU Joint Stock Company (Chu Prong Commune) applied the production process according to ISO and FDA, conquering major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Lazada, Tiki. Currently, the Company supplies filter coffee bags, filter coffee, and raw materials, achieving an average revenue of nearly 500 million VND/month. "Each package of coffee is not only a commercial product, but also a story about the land, people, and the farmers' aspirations to change their lives," said Mr. Nguyen Tien Dinh, Director of the Company.

Meanwhile, Hai Thanh Auto Company (Quy Nhon Ward) of Mr. Vu Thanh Luan (born in 1991) pioneered in digitizing all after-sales services. From reception, repair, handover to service evaluation, everything is processed on a digital platform, helping to reduce 30% of time, increase 25% of returning customers and maintain a CSI satisfaction index of over 90% for 3 years. Mr. Luan affirmed: "Digitalization not only helps manage effectively but also personalizes the customer experience. In the service industry, that is a vital advantage."
In the field of wood processing for export, Dai Thanh Wood Joint Stock Company (Quy Nhon Dong Ward) of Mr. Le Cong Thanh (born in 1992) has synchronously applied ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 7490:2005 standards and deployed ERP software. Along with that, the Company invested in modern technology lines to streamline processes and optimize costs. "Enterprises do not wait for market changes, but prepare in advance for all scenarios," Mr. Thanh emphasized.
These models demonstrate the new resilience of private enterprises: technological innovation, compliance with international standards, improving competitiveness and readiness for integration. This is also the consistent spirit that Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW aims for: Encouraging the private sector to develop strongly and sustainably, with social responsibility and community development.
Mr. Vu Hong Quan - Member of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, Chairman of the Binh Dinh Young Entrepreneurs Association, affirmed: “Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW gives the young generation of entrepreneurs a new vision and belief. However, in addition to financial incentives, we want to have space to test new ideas and business models through incubator programs and innovation centers. At the same time, the province and universities need to strengthen links in training management skills and building sustainable development strategies for new generation enterprises”.
“Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW has identified private economic development as an important driving force of the socialist-oriented market economy, so it is necessary to focus on removing barriers for this sector to make a breakthrough. Enterprises, especially young enterprises, need to bravely accept risks, eliminate fear, correct mistakes, boldly raise issues and find new directions. Enterprises can only survive and develop when they know how to upgrade, connect, and do transparent business based on intelligence. The relationship between managers and enterprises must be one of mutual development.”

“We hope the province will soon issue criteria to support production land, and at the same time have a harmonious mechanism for small enterprises, start-ups as well as medium and large enterprises to access land and clear land. This is the driving force for the clean and circular wood processing industry to develop. In addition, it is necessary to shorten investment procedures, reform administration, support enterprises to overcome difficulties in fire prevention and fighting, environment, and at the same time strictly control FDI to prevent trade fraud.”
Mr. NGUYEN SY HOE,
Chairman of Binh Dinh Timber and Forest Products Association

“Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW expands the participation of private enterprises in key national infrastructure projects. If there is a transparent mechanism in bidding and bidding, enterprises in the province will promote their capacity and retain local human resources. We also propose to prioritize small and medium enterprises, especially those owned by young people, women, and ethnic minorities, in accordance with the content of the Resolution.”
