Ho Chi Minh City is about to have a pedestrian bridge across the Saigon River.

DNO - On the afternoon of August 22 in Ho Chi Minh City, Nutifood Nutrition Food Joint Stock Company announced the selection of Dai Dung Construction and Trading Mechanical Joint Stock Company (Dai Dung Group) as the contractor to supply, manufacture and install steel structures for the pedestrian bridge project across the Saigon River, under construction package No. 2.

Inspired by the image of the water coconut leaf, a familiar symbol of the Southern region, the pedestrian bridge is expected to become a unique architectural highlight, contributing to creating a new symbol for the city named after Uncle Ho.

The contractor, Dai Dung Mechanical Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company, will construct the main bridge - a project that determines the main load-bearing structure of the project, requiring absolute durability, safety and precision according to the design. The completed steel structure will be the foundation for implementing the next projects, ensuring that the project is completed on schedule and with the highest quality.

The project will be completed in 2026, one year after the pedestrian bridge project started.
