On the evening of June 16 at Thong Nhat Stadium, the Vietnam U.19 women's team faced the Indonesia U.19 women's team in the semi-finals of the 2025 Southeast Asian U.19 Women's Championship. Two masterpieces created by Vietnamese players in the first half
In the first half, the U.19 Vietnam women's team dominated the match and scored two goals. Both goals, by Ta Thi Hong Minh and Luu Hoang Van, were very beautiful.
In the 10th minute, from a free kick with a very long distance, Ta Thi Hong Minh still decided to shoot straight. The striker of the U.19 Vietnam women's team created a masterpiece "falling yellow leaves" sending the ball into the far corner, defeating the opposing goalkeeper, opening the score for the home team.

In the 37th minute, from a combination after a throw-in, Truong Thi Hoai Trinh tried to make a pass and Luu Hoang Van handled it extremely skillfully in a narrow space to overcome the opponent's pursuit, before subtly adjusting the ball to pass the Indonesian goalkeeper's legs into the net, doubling the gap for the U.19 Vietnam women's team.
In the 47th minute, the score was raised to 3-0 for the U.19 Vietnam women's team. The home team players had a good coordination on the left wing, Ngan Thi Thanh Hieu created a pass for Truong Thi Hoai Trinh to score. In the 53rd minute, the Vietnamese girls continued to have a smooth coordination in the penalty area, then the ball was passed to the second line for Luu Hoang Van to kick in an open position, deepening the gap to 4-0. This was also the final score of the match.

In the first semi-final match that took place the same afternoon, also at Thong Nhat Stadium, the Thai U.19 women's team won 5-1 against the Myanmar U.19 women's team.
Thus, the Vietnam U.19 women's team will face the Thailand U.19 women's team in the final match. The championship match of the Southeast Asian U.19 women's tournament will take place on June 18 at Thong Nhat Stadium.
