Training and knowledge update course for 327 key officials and planning officials of positions under the management of the Standing Committee of Thach Ha District Party Committee ( Ha Tinh ) to improve qualifications, leadership, management and operation thinking... to meet task requirements.

On the morning of October 5, the Standing Committee of Thach Ha District Party Committee held the opening ceremony of a training course to update knowledge for cadres under the management of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and cadres planning positions under the management of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee.

During the 2 days (October 5-6), the trainees will exchange and research 7 topics: Leadership and management skills for staff, management leaders in the current period; socio-economic development situation of Thach Ha in the first 9 months of the year, investment promotion work in the past time and some orientations in the coming time;

Innovation in leadership and management style for grassroots cadres according to Ho Chi Minh's thought; national defense and security strategies of some countries related to Vietnam's national defense and security; sustainable values of Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh's thought in today's era; some new regulations on cadre work and solutions to build a cadre team of equal caliber, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new development period; digital transformation - current situation and some recommendations.

Dr. Doan Truong Thu, Head of Department - Head of Political Department, Communist Magazine discussed the topic "Leadership and management skills for cadres, leaders and managers in the current period".

This is the first time the Standing Committee of Thach Ha District Party Committee has organized a training course with a large scale and wide composition, especially connecting and inviting lecturers from the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Communist Magazine, Vinh University, Tran Phu Political School and provincial leaders to directly discuss the topics.
