According to People's Artist Thanh Thuy (Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Sports of Ho Chi Minh City), although financial difficulties are still a concern for the whole country, the Party Committee and departments still have to plan a spring atmosphere for the city's people.

Accordingly, art programs are not only performed in the city center but also in all districts and remote areas with the motto "Tet comes to everyone, every home".

The highlight of the series of performing arts programs for people to welcome the Year of the Dragon is the Homeland Spring program, taking place on February 2, 2024.

This is the program in which President Vo Van Thuong wishes a happy new year to the people of the whole country and overseas Vietnamese around the world .

People's Artist Thanh Thuy said: "The city is honored to coordinate with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to carry out the program with elaborate and grand staging and many unique artistic performances.
