Based on a clear understanding of the practical situation regarding professional preparation, facilities and other related conditions of the national team/national youth team training at the High-level Sports Training Center, facilities under the National Sports Training Center, and the National Youth Athletes Training Center, Director Nguyen Danh Hoang Viet suggested: The Department of High Performance Sports continues to closely review and evaluate the entire athlete force of the teams for each sport to have the best preparation, suitable for each sports arena.

Regarding the issue of facilities for training, during the on-site inspection by the representative of the Vietnam Sports Department at the Sports Training Centers under the management of the Vietnam Sports Department; locations with training subjects such as: Hai Phong (Boating), Cycling... showed that the source of facilities for training and recovery for athletes is still very lacking...
Deputy Director of the Vietnam Sports Administration Nguyen Hong Minh spoke and shared that standard facilities serving the training and recovery process of young and elite athletes are still quite lacking.
Regarding this, Deputy Director Nguyen Hong Minh said: Basically, the material facilities serving the training of all national sports teams and youth teams in all sports are still lacking (training equipment, gyms, and standard accommodation for athletes in some places have degraded, although there have been basic repairs and additions in the past). This needs to be calculated, arranged, and shared with units as soon as possible, and the urgent task right now is to prioritize immediately supplementing training equipment and providing the best recovery for the key group of athletes who are in the planned preparation plan to carry out major tasks and goals such as: SEA Games 33, ASIAD 2026 and further, the 2028 Olympics.
The use of state funding will have certain limitations in purchasing equipment and repairing facilities, so the Vietnam Sports Administration encourages and calls on departments, federations, and national sports associations to be more proactive and proactive, to coordinate with units, agencies, and organizations to call for companionship and support from public service units, philanthropists, economic organizations, and businesses that are passionate and love sports to improve the quality of athletes' training sessions...
