To implement, the Plan sets out the following tasks and solutions: Strengthening the responsibility of leaders in leading and directing the work of preventing and combating corruption and negativity; implementing administrative reforms, enhancing publicity and transparency in the activities of agencies, organizations and units, innovating management technology; actively propagating, disseminating and educating laws on preventing and combating corruption and negativity, promoting the role and responsibility of society in preventing and combating corruption and negativity. At the same time, strengthening inspection and examination of public services; building a mechanism to monitor and detect violations.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Directors of Departments, Heads of agencies and units under the Provincial People's Committee; Chairmen of People's Committees of communes and wards to develop plans to implement Directive No. 10/CT-TTg of the Prime Minister and Plan 07 to organize implementation; publicize hotline phone numbers and official email addresses on the homepage of the Electronic Information Portal of agencies and units to receive information reflecting, making recommendations and denunciations about acts of harassment and causing trouble... for people and businesses. At the same time, be responsible to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee when harassment, causing trouble and corruption occur in agencies and units under their management.
The Provincial Inspectorate presides over and coordinates with relevant agencies and units to assist the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee in monitoring, urging, and regularly and suddenly inspecting the activities of receiving and handling information, feedback, recommendations, complaints, and denunciations about acts of harassment and causing trouble for people and businesses by departments, branches, and localities in the province; recommending the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to promptly rectify and handle heads of departments, branches, and localities with violations.
