Author Do Van Minh launches his first two books and stories

(GLO)- On the afternoon of June 19, in Pleiku City, author Do Van Minh - member of the Gia Lai Province Literature and Arts Association solemnly held an exchange session to launch his first two books.

The program was attended by poet Ngo Thanh Van - Vice President of the Provincial Literature and Arts Association, along with many literary friends of the author and members of the "Trang Van" Club of Pleiku High School.

Author Do Van Minh is currently a Literature teacher at Nguyen Thai Hoc High School (Chu Puh District), and was voted one of the 10 outstanding young citizens of Gia Lai Province in 2019. At the book launch, the author introduced two newly published books, including "Discourse with Soulmates" (research-criticism) and "Color of Betrayal of the Skin" (short story).

The critical research collection “Discourse with Soulmates” (Literature Publishing House, 2025) uses a philosophical discourse to outline quite typical literary figures in the development of contemporary literature such as: Truong Dang Dung, Van Cong Hung, Thu Loan, Hoang Thanh Huong... Meanwhile, the short story collection “Color of the skin betrays its owner” (Literature Publishing House, 2025) with new experiences in writing has raised many of the author's reflections on life.

Vice President of Gia Lai Province Literature and Arts Association Ngo Thanh Van commented: “A new author joining the Association but for the first time releasing two books at the same time is special. Hopefully the exchange and meeting will contribute to encouraging Do Van Minh to continue to keep the creative fire burning on the literary path.”
