(Chinhphu.vn) - During the historic autumn days, the capital Hanoi is bustling with preparations for the A80 military parade - a major event celebrating the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. With tens of thousands of cadres and soldiers participating in training, thousands of young volunteers have silently but responsibly contributed, creating a beautiful picture of today's youth.
