There is only 1 week left until the 2025 high school graduation exam. At this time, along with review work, testing sites in Song Ma district are focusing on preparing facilities to ensure the exam takes place safely and seriously.

In the 2024-2025 school year, Chieng Khuong High School, Chieng Khuong Commune, Song Ma District has 280 grade 12 students. After completing the curriculum, the school proactively developed a plan to direct professional groups and teachers to continue reviewing for grade 12 students according to the instructions of the Departmentof Education and Training; paying attention to students in difficult circumstances. After 4 mock exams, the graduation pass rate reached 97.97%.

For the 2025 high school graduation exam, Song Ma district has 4 exam sites; 61 exam rooms, with 1,387 candidates; 223 staff at the exam sites. The district People's Committee directed departments, units, communes and towns to develop plans to respond to floods and adverse weather conditions; ensure security, order and food safety. Schools have developed plans to preserve exam papers, all have storage cabinets and are equipped with surveillance cameras. Plans for electricity, healthcare and transportation have also been developed; youth volunteer teams have been established to provide drinking water, and vehicles are ready to take candidates to exam sites when there is rain or storms... Schools and localities are interested in creating conditions to ensure free meals, accommodation and cooking for candidates on exam days; assign teachers to closely follow students, grasp difficulties and problems to encourage them before the exam. Relevant units develop plans to ensure security and power supply for the exam.

Mr. Lo Van Sinh, Chairman of Song Ma District People's Committee, said: The district has established inspection teams for exam preparation and facilities at 100% of exam sites in the district. Through inspection, the teams highly appreciated the adequate preparation of facilities at exam sites; proactively reviewing for students; ensuring backup plans in case of any situation. There are plans to support candidates, so that no candidate due to economic conditions or traffic difficulties cannot attend the exam; creating favorable conditions for candidates to participate in the exam with the most comfortable mindset.

To support candidates and their families in the upcoming exam, Song Ma District Youth Union has developed the program "Supporting the 2025 exam season". Mr. Ha Van Thap, Secretary of the District Youth Union, said: Based on the number of exam sites, the District Youth Union has established 4 volunteer youth teams, with nearly 250 volunteers. Before the exam, the teams will coordinate with schools to prepare facilities and ensure environmental sanitation in the exam area. During the exam, support will be provided to candidates and their families at the exam sites, such as: Providing filtered water, milk, pens, rulers; coordinating with local police forces to regulate traffic and ensure security and order at the exam sites.
