New customers will be given priority; the store will offer free installation and free warranty and cleaning for one year.
Since the beginning of May, Mr. Tran Van Thang, an electrical installer and repairman at a facility on Giai Phong Street, and his colleagues have been working hard from 7am to 10pm, sometimes even past midnight. For Mr. Thang's group, having a quick lunch, even forgetting to eat to ensure work progress is normal. Mr. Thang shared: "In the hot season, although the work is quite hard when having to climb high buildings and work under the hot sun, in return, this is also a "busy" time, workers have a higher income than usual, so they all try to work hard. On average, my group receives repairs, maintenance, and installations of about 10 new air conditioners every day, after deducting expenses, each of us has an income of about 1-2 million VND". According to Mr. Thang, most of the workers come to repair directly at home or at work, only in cases of "serious illness" are they brought back to the shop. For skilled workers, detecting "diseases" is very quick and repairing is not too difficult. Air conditioners often break down on the circuit board, condenser, evaporator, run out of gas, and the filter is not cleaned. People still use air conditioners for one season without the habit of cleaning and maintaining them regularly, which is why they break down. To avoid the situation where employees "pickpocket" customers, the store always has a price list for employees to refer to, and only when customers agree to a reasonable deal will the store send a technician to repair it. "In any job, we always put reputation first, only then will customers trust us and come back to us next time" - Mr. Thang added.

From air conditioner brands that have been confirmed for quality to popular air conditioner lines, all are sold by the supermarket to serve the diverse needs of customers. According to information from Dien May Xanh supermarket sales staff, although it is the peak season for selling refrigeration products, the supermarket still attaches importance to customer care through promotional services and installation support. If customers order in the morning, they will be supported by staff for installation on the same day, and if they buy in the afternoon, they will be installed the next day. Not only Dien May Xanh, but also large stores and supermarkets selling refrigeration products in Nam Dinh city are also in the peak season for sales. In addition to the number of customers coming to buy directly, stores and supermarkets also sell and provide many other products through online and phone purchases. Most stores and electronics supermarkets stock a wide range of different products and product lines to meet customers' consumption needs.
